Time: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM (Nov-April) / 7:30 – 8:30 PM (May-Sept)

Fridays:
Type: Speed / Strength
When: Fridays
Time: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM (Nov-June) / 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM (July – Aug)
