Winter Schedule:


Type: Spin (Base Training)
When: Saturdays (Starting Jan 2018)
Time:  9:00 AM – 10:30 AM (Sleepy Head 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM) see calendar for rotating schedule

Summer / Spring / Fall Schedule

Skills/Drills & Pack Riding:

If you have yet to experience our Skills, Drills, And Pack riding clinic please let us know so we can make sure you are up to speed during our rides. Its important that we are all on the same page for the safety and organization of the rides.


Type: Bike (Endurance)
When: Saturdays (April-Sept)
Time:  10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (April-May) / 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM (May-June) / 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM (June-Sept)
Location: 3 Rotating Locations (See calendar for specific locations & maps)
Routes: Rotating through 3 routes (East – SPAC, North – Manning, South West – Windermere)

Type: Bike (speed, intervals, hills)
When: Tuesdays (May-Sept)
Time: 6:00 PM – 7:15 PM
Location: Start at Kinsmen Sports Centre (meet in north east part of parking lot)
Routes: Rotating through 4 routes (Cloverdale, Hawrelak #1, Zoo Hill, Hawrelak #2)

All outdoor bikes will be cancelled if any one of the following are true:

1. It is actively precipitating (more than just a mist or light sprinkle)
2. If the temperature is +6 °C or below (without rain)
3. If the temperature is +9 °C or below (with a mist or light sprinkle)

Due to the ever changing Alberta weather, you can expect a cancellation notice within 30-90 minutes of the scheduled workout.
